Before you begin your training, we want to share a few tips with you. Running is a great sport that can be a lot of fun if done correctly, so use this list to get the most out of your programme

Always run in a safe area free from dangers and where your parent, teacher or coach can see you


Wear clothes that are comfotrable and allow you to move

Always warm up and stretch before you run

Eat healthy foods and drink plenty of water to help you get the most from your running

Exercise should be fun, enjoy the experience and encourage others to do it with you
